Registration for the 2012 season will be on..... 

 The following is required in order to paddle for Napili Canoe Club:

• A completed Napili Canoe Club application form (Please fill out the form below)
• A signed waiver. Please print, sign and bring to practice.
• Pay club dues:
  • Adult:  $110.00
  • Child:  $35.00*
  • Family:  $135.00
• A copy of your driver's license or birth certificate or State ID
• A photo will be taken or can be brought in of yourself for the Paddler ID card

* Financial assistance may be provided by Queen Lili'uokalani Childrens' Center on a first come first serve basis.  Please inquire about obtaining an application form.
